I found the bar area and reception quite cute. The staff stored our bags before check-in and after check-out. That was very convenient. The hotel's location is near public transport and city attractions. The hotel bar and exterior are quite appealing.

The entrance had a stair with no slope , which proved inconvenient. I found it particularly challenging when managing luggage. This design may present accessibility issues.

The location is quite convenient being close to the central station. There is a baggage room available for luggage storage before check-in. Staff members were helpful . The room was spacious and the bed proved comfortable.

The soundproofing could use improvement as I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The personnel were so lovely and helpful! the gym was in good condition. i really enjoyed access to fresh items at breakfast. There were so many cheese products and tasty bread rolls! the room was super cozy and clean. It was like home.

I found a very slight issue. The ceiling felt unbelievably thin so i could hear every word spoken in the room above me
